Joe & Deirdre O'Meara welcome you to Clonaslee, Co. Laois and to O'Meara's B&B accommodation where a warm friendly welcome is guaranteed on arrival with tea / coffee and home baking to greet you. The old part of the house dates back to the 1600's with a recent specially designed extension added allowing the accommodation to be wheelchair friendly. Please note that O'Meara's bed and breakfast is a non smoking accommodation.
Set 4kms outside the beautiful village of Clonaslee at the foot of the Slieve Bloom Mountains. O'Meara's bed and breakfast is ideally located, for touring the East cost and Midlands.
Clonaslee itself boasts 5 public houses, a magnificent restaurant and a heritage centre. We are also just 20 minutes from Tullamore, Co. Offaly where you will be spoiled for choice in shopping and dining out, a restaurant to suit everybody. We are also 25 minutes from Portlaoise town with plenty to entertain you there also.
